She also oversees the BePurposed Institute and its leadership development, curriculum, and training initiatives.

Michael Wood leads the strategic infrastructure and operational growth of the broader ecosystem. His leadership centers on building systems, organizing service pathways, strengthening the client experience, and creating scalable structures that turn the organization’s mission into practical, measurable work.
